Being an editor means making choices about the content, style, and vision of a publication. Students in this class will get hands-on experience contributing to the editorial board for Spectrum, the literary magazine produced each year by the College of Creative Studies. Students in this class will review submissions to Spectrum from writers from across the country and make recommendations to Spectrum's student editors about what to publish in this year's edition. Students will also contribute content to the Spectrum website. Provides practical experience for students who want to go into publishing or who want to publish their own creative works.
