POETRY WORKSHOP

Course Description

In this poetry workshop, students will build on and strengthen poetic techniques in order to explore a wide range of poetic forms. Through a critical and concentrated attention to language, students will produce poetry that renders imaginative provinces and the realm(s) of experience in dynamic and compelling ways. Throughout the quarter, students will discuss and produce writing that aims to be resonant, meaningful, and sustaining.
