Course Description

In the Senior Seminar, students build their senior portfolio by drafting the Writer’s Statement, selecting their 15-20 artifacts of learning, and composing their resumè. They will receive feedback from their peers and instructor on their work. Students will leave Senior Portfolio Seminar prepared to turn in their Senior Portfolio.

The Senior Seminar also provides students with an important opportunity to reflect on their learning. Students will prepare a curriculum map and narrative of their learning as a final project for the class. As a part of the Senior Portfolio Seminar, students will also have a chance to serve as Mid-Residency Reviewers for their junior colleagues in the major.
