COMPUTER SCIENCE COLLOQUIUM IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Course Description

This course is designed for Computing or other CCS Majors or College of Engineering students interested in research in general and specially in areas of Artificial Intelligence in Computer Science or its applications.

It will held in a combination of colloquium and graduate seminar style. We will listen to talks by invited speakers or campus lectures as they get announced, study the associated papers and technology announcements, demo presentations and hands on applications. The goal is to dive deep into the developments and theory in this rapidly evolving field and have a forum to study, discuss and apply what we discover.

This is a variable unit course where can earn up to 4 units depending on the amount of effort and participation.
