MID-RESIDENCY REVIEW

Course Description

All College of Creative Studies Writing & Literature majors must undergo a Mid-Residency review halfway through their residency in the college. The Mid-Residency Review gives faculty an opportunity to check in on students’ progress towards their degree, review their Writing & Literature portfolio, and address any challenges a student might face in the major.

At the Mid-Residency Review, students also get an opportunity to pitch the work they hope to complete for their Senior Capstone Projects, which include a body of creative and/or professional work and research to support that work. Writing & Literature faculty and students will provide written and oral feedback on the pitches.
