INDEPENDENT STUDIES

Course Description

We will meet individually each week to discuss your ongoing work in drawing and painting. We will discuss whatever is appropriate and helpful to your personal studio practice - including, but not limited to, methods and materials, references, research, resources, work you are doing in other classes. . . There is no restriction regarding size, media or subject as long as your work is two-dimensional.

This is for students at all levels, including first year.

First class meeting will be as a group and following that it will be strictly individual with each student having a scheduled 20 minute time slot each week - (so, you can schedule another class during the time you are not meeting during this class time.). Additional meeting time may be scheduled as needed.

Enrollment by consent of instructor. CCS Art majors have first priority.
