Course Description

This experimental drawing course delves into the use of drawing as a means to translate affect, embodiment, and memories. Students will orchestrate elaborate events, incorporating elements such as lighting, performance, installation, and drawing to construct narratives rooted in their own artistic explorations. The meticulously recorded and documented events will then become the primary source material for the creation of independent drawings. Prerequisites for enrollment include successful completion of a beginner's drawing course or equivalent experience in foundational drawing.
