Receiving a 2018 CCS Summer Undergraduate Fellowship enabled Veronica Russell, a fourth-year CCS Biologist, to dedicate her summer to UC Santa Barbara's Arias lab.

Russell is one of 36 students awarded a 2018 CCS Summer Undergraduate Fellowship. Completely supported by donors, each fellowship recipient spent the summer working in one of UCSB's top labs or creating original work.
