Jane Mulfinger, UCSB and CCS art professor, shares her inspiration for her art exhibit, West is South, with KCRW
On September 27, 2019, Professor Jane Mulfinger, Department of Art and CCS Art, opened her new exhibit, “West is South,” at Santa Barbara City College’s Atkinson Gallery. Her exhibit explores the idea of orientation and belonging, which was inspired by the unique geography of Santa Barbara, where the “west coast” is actually south.
