CCS Launches CCS Reads

CCS Reads will promote learning about how to have difficult conversations through reading groups and events

CCS Reads is a new program hosted by CCS Writing & Literature that provides all CCS students, faculty, and staff, the opportunity to come together to learn about how to have difficult conversations with peers in the CCS community through reading groups and events. The first book selected for the program is It’s Time to Talk (And Listen) by Anatasia S. Kim, PhD and Alicia del Prado, PhD. The book promises to show “how to engage in effective, compassionate discussions, talk in an authentic and straightforward way...and speak from the heart with tools from the head.”
