On March 5, 2022, Seeping Into History: Oil Touches Everything, a UCSB student print and public art exhibition, opened on Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara, CA. The exhibition explores contemporary and historical relationships with petroleum through visual, auditory, and textual interpretation. Seeping Into History is created by students in the Social Print Lab in UCSB's Department of Art and College of Creative Studies and is led by Iman Djouini, Assistant Teaching Professor in CCS and the Department of Art.
