Sophia Wolczko 23‘ (CCS Physics) Receives the 2023 Joaquin Luttinger Fellowship

Wolczko will pursue a Ph.D. at Columbia University

The Flatiron Institute’s Center for Computational Quantum Physics (CCQ) announced the 2023 recipients of its CCQ-NYC graduate fellowships in early May. One of three fellowships awarded, Sophia Wolczko ‘23 (CCS Physics) received the Joaquin Luttinger Fellowship. Sophia is interested in method development for computational tools that can accurately and efficiently capture the physics of emergent phenomena which she will pursue as a Ph.D. student at Columbia University.
