Light Elephant Santa Barbara 2020-2021

Light Elephant Santa Barbara 2020-2021 is now on view at the Museum of Contemporary Art Santa Barbara (MCASB) from September 23, 2021 - October 3, 2021 by Artists Iman Djouini and Jonathan Taube. Light Elephant is a “site reflective” public artwork composed of multiple “pop- up” installations featuring a white elephant. Throughout this past year artists, Iman Djouini & Jonathan Taube, researched, planned, and directed a team of UCSB students to install the elephant in public spaces around downtown Santa Barbara.
